Budachrome was brought to life by a group of industry professionals to fill the void in Hungary and provide motion picture film stock and high–quality scanning and lab services for photographers.

Exciting news! Budachrome is now offering the new Kodak Vision3 Anti-Halation Undercoat Layer (AHU) FILMS!

These films maintain the same quality as standard Vision3 but comes without the remjet layer, making it compatible with C41 processing. Important: This is not cine film with remjet removed after manufacturing—this is official Kodak Cine film with unaltered sensitivity and characteristics. Unlike Cinestill film, it produces no extra red halation, and the colors remain true to the original Vision3 stock!

Film Stock

We provide color and black & white motion picture film stocks recanned into standard 36-exposure rolls. All of our canisters come with a DX code. Please note that motion picture film requires ECN-2 development.

Development

We offer development services for ECN-2, C-41, E6, and black&white film.

Scanning

We provide a wide range of scanning solutions to our customers, ranging from 35mm to 4×5 size. We are highly committed to ensuring high-quality scanning, which is why our devices range from standard flatbed scanning through milc scanning to drum scanning
